The Supreme Court rules against software authors

The US Supreme Court today ruled that software makers are to be held responsible for what their users do with their software. That’s just total bullcrap. The RIAA might as well sue Microsoft for creating an OS that allows users to download pirated music and movies. And why not sue AOL and Verizon for providing networks of which over 80% of the bandwidth is used for illegal file sharing? (Read on …)
